At the law offices of Viner & Cronan, we are very selective in chosing who we will represent. Our practice is focused on delivering the highest value to your operations or transactions. Our practice is an individual client-based consultancy, delivering quality results to a select number of partners.
This means we have extremely low overhead costs, with no formal offices, and no large law library. We maximize efficiencies with phone interviews and use email and regular mail for most of our communication. Where appropriate, we may meet you at your place of business or for a cup of coffee to discuss your particular needs and review documents. And because we don't have all those typical overhead costs, we pass this savings on to you, the client, should we decide to represent you. Our rates begin at $225.00 an hour (billed in quarter hour increments, generally) for our services.
We feel this is a bargain, based on our over 25 years of combined experience.
