Bio:

• Mr. Viner participates in the team with over six years of start-up and technology experience.
• Most recently, with DataMove, Inc., Mitch was involved in all stages of corporate development, business and legal affairs and general business management. His tasks included designing the legal/corporate intranet; design and implementation of business forms, documents and processess and all sales related documents. 
• With Cable & Wireless Internet Services, in his capacity as Senior Corporate Counsel, Mitch was involved in a broad range of client-touch activities, including migration project management oversight and consulting , vendor and sales agreement negotiation and drafting, and participation in an array of legal issues which arose daily in the technology arena, involving intellectual property, M&A, and dispute resolution.
• Mitch holds a B.A. from California State University , Northridge and received his J.D. from Willamette University College of Law, in Salem Oregon .
