Our Unique Client Selection and Pricing
At the law offices of Viner & Cronan, we are very selective in chosing who we will represent. Both Mitch Viner and Mark Cronan are counsel full time for various corporations (our "day jobs"). We supply our small number of clients with services on the evenings and weekends (which is why we are sometimes known by the title "Darklaw").
This means we have extremely low overhead costs, with no formal offices, and no large law library. We work from home, and conduct phone interviews and use email and regular mail for most of our communication. Where appropriate, we may meet you at your place of business or for a cup of coffee to discuss your particular needs and review documents. And because we don't have all those typical overhead costs, we pass this savings on to you, the client, should we decide to represent you. We usually charge only $225.00 and hour (billed in quarter hour incriments generally) for our services. We feel this is a bargain, based on our almost 25 years of combined experience.
